En el siguiente artículo se hace un análisis de los antecedentes sobre la preparación, capacitación y superación de los directivos del turismo en Cuba. Se hace un examen por etapas de la preparación, capacitación y superación y su evolución en el mundo así como la forma en que las mismas se han desarrollado en Cuba, haciéndose énfasis en la etapa post Revolución, donde los mayores avances se han logrado.

In the following article an analysis of the antecedents on the preparation, training and surpassing of the directors of the tourism in Cuba is made. There is a step-by-step examination of the preparation, training and improvement and its evolution in the world, as well as the way in which they have been developed in Cuba, emphasizing the post-Revolution stage, where the greatest advances have been achieved.
