Trayectorias de aprendizaje tecnológico y organizacional en MiPEs cubanas: necesidad de estudio del tema / Trajectories of Technological and Organizational Learning in Cuban MSEs: Proposals for a Research Program

Resumen

El trabajo discute unas primeras aproximaciones teóricas que explican el auge y estancamiento del sector productivo no estatal desde la óptica de las trayectorias tecnológicas y organizacionales. Se ofrecen, en primer lugar, consideraciones sobre innovación en empresas y trayectorias de aprendizaje tecnológico y organizacional. A continuación se ofrecen las percepciones generales de esta problemática en las MIPYMEs no estatales en Cuba. Se adelantan un conjunto de propuestas para un programa de investigación sobre las trayectorias tecnológicas y organizacionales de las MIPYMEs en Cuba y finalmente se ofrecen conclusiones sobre la importancia de estas investigaciones en el país.

The paper discusses some first theoretical approaches that explain the rise and stagnation of non-state production sector from the perspective of technological and organizational trajectories. First, they offered considerations on innovation in companies and trajectories of technological and organizational learning. Following are the general perceptions of this problem in the non-state MSMEs in Cuba are offered. A set of proposals for a research program on technological and organizational trajectories of MSMEs in Cuba come forward and finally conclusions on the importance of these investigations in the country are offered.
